" actually i live here in lincoln i never heard of someone falling to there death. there once was a building ther before they built the state capital and it burnt down with everyone inside of it. instead of getting all the bodies they just built over them, and those are the spirits that haunt it. one of the elevators will shut down while your on it and then you can feel someone touching you and breathing on you. "
" The Capitol Commissioners Name is Bob Ripley. I worked there for years, and never saw a thing. The maintenance man story isn't true, in fact pretty much all of the stories about the Capitol are untrue. It is creepy, especially in the dark or when you are alone in a stairwell or a dark hallway, or even in the basement, but haunted it is not. "
" Does anyone have contact information for the State Capital ? Who would be in charge to grant permission for a formal investigation ? "

"
" When I went to visit the capitol with my school me and my friend alyssa heard voices but just little wispers. When we went on the elavator this man came on and we were seperated from our class. The man was tall and very dirty. He just stared at the elavator doors like we werent there. When he got to his floor which was before our floor he walked out. When the doors were shutting Alyssa and I saw the man dissapear in thin air. We were so creaped out we screamed but no one heard us. "
" I worked in this building for a year...on the 13th floor. It actually wasn't the 13th floor because a couple floors between 4-5 (I believe) are labeled M (I think the broiler room or something is there). Unfortunately, I never seen anything. I can see how someone would get disoriented by all the stairs and if you go up high though. "
